Glad to get your email. You told me that you are weak in listening and speaking Chinese. I think the best way to learn Chinese well  is to practise. You'd better listen to Chinese radio programs or watch Chinese films often.  You may make some Chinese friends and talk with them in Chinese.  Maybe it's hard at first, but if you keep trying, you'll  find it not hard later. Keep it up! I hope you can talk to me in Chinese when you come. I'm excited to hear  that you are going  to China  next summer holiday. Hope to see you then. I plan to go to Hong Kong with my parents for the New Year's holiday.  Enjoy your trip to California.
