Recently, we have held a class meeting to discuss the pressure upon Senior Three students. As the university entrance exam is around the corner, we all feel the pressure is piling up. We are anxious that we’ll not live up to the expectations of parents and teachers.

Honestly speaking, on one hand pressure is the source of motivation to success, which can contribute to personal progress. On the other hand, too much pressure can lead to failure. In that case, approaches to solving pressure seem of vital importance. As for me, communication counts. It can help me express my emotion and get relief.
