I’ve recently bought an electronic dictionary from your website. However, some problems have arisen, which makes me upset. I am writing to complain about them.    

To begin with, its system always breaks down when I am using it. Besides, the battery only lasts about one hour, so I need to recharge it every day, which causes me too much trouble. Therefore, I would like to either change the electronic dictionary for another one that works well or get a full refund. I would be grateful if you could settle my complaint as soon as possible.
