As is vividly shown in the cartoon, while the boy is still in sound sleep, the father is observing his watch and saying to the mother who is carrying the breakfast, “It's time to wake him up…”

As a Senior Three student, study time seems much limited. As a result, more and more students try to work hard from early mornings till late evenings, even stay up too late. Our parents are worrying about the college entrance exams, so they cruel-heartedly stop the child from sleeping.

In my opinion, enough sleep is necessary. Otherwise we would feel tired both physically and mentally. What we need is to have a real rest, instead of getting more tired. So doing nothing tiring in this period is really good for us.

Our life should be pleasant. How we are looking forward to some relaxing exercises! How we wish to have a free chat with my classmates or just take a walk! After all, health is far more important than study.
